Plasma Clean brought us in to provide a complete website redesign. We worked on both design and content to achieve the desired goal: a modern, mobile-friendly (responsive) site that positioned the firm as complete system providers rather than simply sellers of products.
The starting point was to put together a new site structure based around answering customer questions. This was supported by clear and persuasive copy, written to address the needs and concerns of the target audience. Using the existing logo as a base, we then developed a brand structure to bring the products together into a unified range. We also developed primary and secondary font and colour palettes.
Alongside this, we created a series of icons that could also be used for other Plasma Clean marketing initiatives, and started the process of creating a brand photo library. Design was kept 'clean' to reflect the nature of the product.
As a result, Plasma Clean have strong and consistent branding plus a website that shows them as the highly credible kitchen ventilation experts they are. Since the site launch, the team have been busy developing email campaigns and other marketing activities confident in what visitors to the site will find.
