They contacted us because their business proposition had moved on since the business was first established and their original branding was no longer a good reflection of what they offered. The team were after a new look that matched their fresh approach, which includes selling employment documentation online as well as providing advice and materials as part of a service package. They had also realised they needed strong branding and creative marketing in order to get noticed in a competitive marketplace.
Our first task was to create a crisp, clear logo that positions the firm as both forward thinking and professional. HR is an extremely serious matter for the businesses the HR Heroes team serve, and it was important the primary branding should inspire trust and give credibility.
We then used the secondary branding to introduce more personality, and came up with concepts for a high-impact direct mail campaign that showed the firm do things differently and have a sense of humour as well as a strong professional base.
